This public complaints website is the result of my hard work in developing a platform that allows people to submit complaints, suggestions or complaints easily and efficiently. The site is powered by the powerful CodeIgniter framework, ensuring stability, security and optimal performance. Users can easily access the site, submit complaints and view the status of their complaints. These features are designed to provide a responsive and intuitive user experience, with an attractive user interface design. Apart from website development, I also underwent a competency exam with a test project in the form of creating a web-based public complaint reporting application using the CodeIgniter framework when I was in grade twelve at the Negeri 1 Ciomas vocational high school. My knowledge aspect score reached 92, while my skills aspect score was 87.33, resulting in a final score of 87.73. With this achievement, I was given the title 'competent' which confirms my abilities in web development. This public complaint site is a clear example of how technology can be used to improve interaction between the public and the authorities, thereby creating more open and transparent lines of communication. I am very enthusiastic about continuing to develop and maintain this site to provide better service to the community and improve the complaint handling process.
