I am proud to present the AC service order system project that I have developed using Laravel. This project is the result of my commitment to creating practical and efficient technology solutions for handling AC orders and services. This system allows customers to easily order AC repair or maintenance services. They can access the website, determine the type of service they need, and schedule a service time that suits their needs. On the other hand, AC service providers have access to the system to receive, manage and complete orders. They can quickly respond to customer requests and schedule visits according to their schedule. The system also provides an order tracking feature, so customers can monitor the status of their services. Additionally, we have implemented strong data security to protect customer information and maintain data confidentiality. This project is a clear example of how technology can simplify interactions between service providers and customers. This project was the result of a successful collaboration between the three of us, demonstrating how important teamwork is in the development of complex technology solutions.
